      • I have booked a number of RC cruises with Seascanner and service is always excellent. I also booked an MSC cruise with Seascanner and it was like dealing with a different Company, emails not answered, mistakes made on my booking option.

Due to the increased complexity of each individual booking and, as a result, an increased volume of telephone and e-mails, we ask for your understanding that some of our response times unfortunately currently differ from those that you are used to from us. We are doing our best to keep up the service level in all aspects but are facing a lot of challenges due to Covid-19 and the related short-time work as well as cruise cancellations and the huge amount of travel restrictions.
