- 4 hours of embarkation process. Old people and children waiting with all the luggage in the sun. Extremely primitive and uninformative.

- It seems fine at first, but in reality the information does not match with that of the cruise operator and a lot of problems occur (for example regarding Covid insurance and hotel service fees).

Cruise in one sentence:
- Excellent cruise, disappointed with port of Cannes cancelled due to bad weather.

- Nice trip on a professional boat.

- This was our second time on the ship and we noticed lower levels of service and quality this time round. Our cabin was very tired looking, stained sofa, rust in bathroom, dirty balcony and scruffy well worn bed linen (holes in pillow case). The bar and restaurant service was terrible....

- Very good ship and cruise. Swimming pools are very small for so much people and not good for childrens. Only on adventure park there is a small for childrens

- Beautiful modern looking ship.
- Overall staff looked like they had not been trained properly. We were given completely incorrect information about the excursion we booked to Rome. In addition many drinks were not available, we were told by a staff member that they were awaiting a big delivery.
- small pools, in theatre if you have children with trolley is not suitable to have them with you
- More friendly to celiac add a celiac corner on buffet restaurants in order to be treated the same way like other passengers.

- A beautiful ship, but problematic in communication. To get to the food outlets you had to use only the rear elevators, which were much busier as a result.
- Would never travel with MSC again
- Have been on seaview before and felt this time not as good , never got my bottle of bubbly and strawberry even though I asked but was on cruise in may and didn't receive them either
