    Overall impression of your cruise

      • How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Seaview in one sentence?
      • This was our second time on the ship and we noticed lower levels of service and quality this time round. Our cabin was very tired looking, stained sofa, rust in bathroom, dirty balcony and scruffy well worn bed linen (holes in pillow case). The bar and restaurant service was terrible. At the buffet often impossible to find table as vacant tables had not been cleared and often no plates and cutlery available. Staff at times were extremely unhelpful and often arguments could be heard between the staff.

      • Overall staff looked like they had not been trained properly. We were given completely incorrect information about the excursion we booked to Rome. In addition many drinks were not available, we were told by a staff member that they were awaiting a big delivery.
