  • Food mediocre except in speciality restaurants, service really slow, staff fantastic (apart from Guest Services). Massively overcharged on our bill but thankfully rectified before disembarking. Clean, modern ship but although big, the amenities don't reflect this somehow.

  • I used Seascanner for a previous cruise with Royal Caribbean and they were excellent. However, because I could only get the MSC site in German (not Seascanner's fault), they were reluctant to help (I already know about Google Translate) as I was afraid I would miss important information. Customer service not as good as when I first used them for our first cruise. I have found a local travel agent that I think I will use for our future cruises.
