Your comment on cabin 8068:Impossible to store your luggage because under the bed there is bedding etc stored by MSC, supertiny closet which can’t be opened completely. Flor was never cleaned properly. Windows were so dirty you couldn see through

What do you like the most aboard the ship MSC Grandiosa?People are treated poorly and nobody cares about passengers, tables in buffetrestaurant and bars were cleaned 1x per day max - always sticky and disgusting.
Reception unwilling and unfriendly. Everything completely overpriced, shows on school-level (paid show was good), entertainment very loud and not inspiring.
The service in our dinner restaurant was friendly (which should be normal)
Transportation and excursions very poorly organized, overpriced and uninspired - no Programms for different targetgroups. People were treated like sheep’s - with a big amount of money you you’ll by friendlyness of the team … in general they just didn’t care.
Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Grandiosa?I am quite sure that staff is treated and trained very poorly - just by observing how passengers are treated. We did a lot of cruises - never on such a low cabin class and never in the Mediterranean but this should not effect how you are treated as a person.
