      • We liked some things about the cruise but found others very disappointing. Generally the staff were excellent. The excursions were ok but much more could be done to help those who didn’t go on excursions explaining what else could be done in every port and organising a simple shuttle service to get them to the local town, beach or wherever

      • Ok you did tell us MSC would issue everything in German but as we had booked with you at least 3 times before we still think you would translate everything for us. But all we got was German! In desperation I phoned MSC direct and by return they emailed us the e-tickets in English. But we missed out on pre booking excursions etc etc. Probably 70% of the passengers were English speaking so with a little effort Seascanner could certainly have ensured we got everything in English. We will never use Seascanner again and will recommend to our friends to avoid booking through you.
