That was the best part: What I liked the most about the ship was definitely the crew. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our trip much more enjoyable. A special thank you to Terence, Liyani Ni Putu Nata and Davit from the Irish Pub for their amazing service and great atmosphere every evening. Shoutout to Gianluca from reception who was extremely helpful in organizing a birthday cake for our family member. We really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Suprise went great, cake was delicious!! Manjit from housekeeping did a fantastic job making sure our parents cabin was always spotless and comfortable. And Carolina from the main dining room was also wonderful and made sure we were always happy and well fed. The crew truly made the experience special and memorable. I'm also very happy with the excursion team that made sure we were taken care off and no one was ever left behind. Unfortunately I am unsatisfied with shore excursions in terms of quality and value for money. Some travel guides (especially in Santorini) were not professional. The only fantastic and lovable tour guide we had was Johanna on our trip to Olympia. She loves what she's doing and you can definetely feel that! As for the ship itself it is older and smaller, but has its charm with that. If you don't like huge cruise ships Sinfonia will be perfect for you.
