- We had to re-book our cruise and it took long time due to the mail coorespondance. If we had a telephone contact in the process both parties would have saves a huge time and confusions.
The service behind the mails coorespondance was absolut OK.
We will only book cruise where it is posible to make a personal telephone contact.

We can not understand why it took too long with the rebooking, since this took only 2 days and we are also dependent on the feedback from MSC Cruises. We are also available by phone. Please note that we are not available 24 hours a day, only during opening hours Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and on weekends 10 am-14 pm.

Ship overall:
- 1. Very nice route. This is my third Atlantic crossing, and I chose it because of the different ports of call. 2. Efficient service, although the restaurant staff could be more engaged. 3. Rather monotonous menu in the buffets. There was almost no seafood at all.
- Deck 16 dining room is very crowded
- The ship is getting older, it has to be renovated. The seats are old at the sea lounge bar. The night club open air area smells so bad (smell toilet) Complimentary dining restaurant waiter does not look after us. But the assistant Yvon worked very well thank you to her.
- restaurant (especially the service man Awarkhan),bars service was great(1) cabin service was really max number 4 due to lack of cleaning and care
- For my first dinner I got a table of 8, being alone, quite awkward. Nobody showed up, staff laughing... I didn't go back. The buffets were wonderful !!! I loved the people at the bar on deck 8 at Market place. There I could finally order some drinks....
- Sun beads are hard to find at sea day, bowling was broken for some time, but it was fixed and we got to play, zip-line could be closed due to weater or training, ask before going. Other then that 10/10 experience.

- The cruise was fantastic. Everything was great, the cabin, the staff (especially Ronald, who served my cabin). A slight minus for the restaurants....

Ship feedback:
- 1. Dance Academy, a couple of instructors from Colombia (Melisa and Mateo) who were extremely professional and committed. 2. Basically, throughout the entire cruise, I had no problem finding a seat at a table in the restaurants....
- Good theatre shows and music in bars, and in the atrium.
- Good organization and friendliness
- So many facilities to take advantage of

- Very good ship but, it will be renovate. Some areas smell bad, especially bar at the back of ship using for midnight disco. The seats are very old at sea lounge bar and buffet restaurant
- Food Top 19 solarium
