- We had to re-book our cruise and it took long time due to the mail coorespondance. If we had a telephone contact in the process both parties would have saves a huge time and confusions.
The service behind the mails coorespondance was absolut OK.
We will only book cruise where it is posible to make a personal telephone contact.

We can not understand why it took too long with the rebooking, since this took only 2 days and we are also dependent on the feedback from MSC Cruises. We are also available by phone. Please note that we are not available 24 hours a day, only during opening hours Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and on weekends 10 am-14 pm.

- The ship is getting older, it has to be renovated. The seats are old at the sea lounge bar. The night club open air area smells so bad (smell toilet) Complimentary dining restaurant waiter does not look after us. But the assistant Yvon worked very well thank you to her.
- restaurant (especially the service man Awarkhan),bars service was great(1) cabin service was really max number 4 due to lack of cleaning and care
- For my first dinner I got a table of 8, being alone, quite awkward. Nobody showed up, staff laughing... I didn't go back. The buffets were wonderful !!! I loved the people at the bar on deck 8 at Market place. There I could finally order some drinks....
- Sun beads are hard to find at sea day, bowling was broken for some time, but it was fixed and we got to play, zip-line could be closed due to weater or training, ask before going. Other then that 10/10 experience.

- Not the best cruise experience
- Very low quality of food in the buffet
- The cruise was just great and nothing to complaint about.
- Too slow!!!
