Overall impression of your cruise
How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Seaside in one sentence?The cruise was fantastic. Everything was great, the cabin, the staff (especially Ronald, who served my cabin). A slight minus for the restaurants. In the restaurant assigned to us, we waited for a waiter for several minutes, so we gave up, while in the buffet on deck 8, the food was a bit monotonous and the service was quite slow in clearing the tables. The external doors to the tables on the open deck were worn and dirty, and difficult to open.

Your comment on cabin 9086:The cabin is located above the external door leading to the café and lounge area on deck 8. The balcony is close to tables with smoking areas. This causes minor inconveniences, as it is not always possible to leave the balcony door open, and when you are on the balcony, you are within sight of people at the tables. Apart from these minor inconveniences, everything is fine.

What do you like the most aboard the ship MSC Seaside?1. Dance Academy, a couple of instructors from Colombia (Melisa and Mateo) who were extremely professional and committed.
2. Basically, throughout the entire cruise, I had no problem finding a seat at a table in the restaurants. This is a big plus, although the table cleaning service was not very fast.
3. Cool recreational activities.
4. Sun loungers always available (except for the pool areas at the stern on decks 7 and 16).
5. Generally a rich programme on aboard.
Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Seaside?1. Very nice route. This is my third Atlantic crossing, and I chose it because of the different ports of call.
2. Efficient service, although the restaurant staff could be more engaged.
3. Rather monotonous menu in the buffets. There was almost no seafood at all.

Comments about the service of seascanner.comAs usual, everything was in perfect order. Professional and fast. The documents in German were a minor problem, but Seascanner sent us English versions. We couldn't complete the online check-in because dedicated MSC system didn't recognise Polish zipcodes. This was a bit of a nuisance because we couldn't choose our boarding time and the system assigned us the latest one.
