- We arived at port to be informed that we had to have antigen test done before they would allow us into the port to have another antigen test done. Made no sense and it delayed borading by 2 hours.

- Seascanner did not inform us that we needed an antigen test before arrival to port which was very disappointing and delayed our embarkation and cost us €100 and undue stress.

Ship overall:
- Alll fine
- A beautiful ship, but problematic in communication. To get to the food outlets you had to use only the rear elevators, which were much busier as a result.
- Would never travel with MSC again
- Have been on seaview before and felt this time not as good , never got my bottle of bubbly and strawberry even though I asked but was on cruise in may and didn't receive them either
- Very slow service in all areas
- Looks nice but poorly managed.
- Food barley warm in restaurants Service in bars very slow
- Great ship, entertainment fantastic and for us the buffet was better than the restaurant with tastier food.
- Ship is very good and service is great, I would however have appreciated ironing facilities free of charge available on the cruise.
- Yes MSC has improved its staff training . They are much better than they were

- Good
- Very comfortable ship, liked everything.
- This wasn't my first cruise, it's still a fantastic experience, but it gets weaker each time.
- 9 overall everything was great
- Enjoyable cruise with great entertainment and good food.
- Not great apart from shows on board the food was not great the bar service was a disgrace you could not get served and this obviously is a game where you don't get to much value for your drinks package
- Had a great time but thought the ship was a bit grubby in parts
- Disappointing. Our third time to cruise on MSC Seaview and its was a big let down

Remarks Cabin:
- It was spacious enough, the cleaner was lovely. Didn’t use the balcony as much as I thought et would.
- Nice cabin, but some of the surfaces were very dusty and had not been cleaned.
- I had an inner cabin. There is enough space, it is very clean, the furniture is tidy, cleaning is done every day, towels are also changed every day. The bed is comfortable. We asked to move the beds apart, then they fulfilled our request within half an hour, very satisfied.
- Peaceful and quiet, but far from restaurants.
- Quiet and easy access to the food court.
- No problems with the cabin

- good location but panel door in corridor was open and banging. Ashed a few times for it to be fixed but no one came
