The well-developed infrastructure with shaded seating is perfect for a relaxing day at the beach and also ideal for experiencing the gentle sea breeze of the bay. It is best to visit the beach directly in the morning to secure a prime spot in the palapas, and plan your return trip to the ship no later than ninety minutes before departure.
The way back to the cruise terminal in Topolobampo is straightforward thanks to the manageable distances, ensuring a relaxed and punctual return to the ship.
Taxi
Taxis are available at the Malecón and the central main square of Topolobampo, taking you directly to the port entrance in just a few minutes. The return journey is also conveniently possible from Maviri beach or nearby Los Mochis, as licensed drivers wait for passengers at well-known hotels and public places to drive you safely to the guarded terminal.
Shuttle Bus
For individual excursions to Los Mochis, guests often use the organized shuttle buses provided by the cruise lines, which depart from fixed meeting points such as Plaza Fiesta. These buses run at regular intervals and take you directly to the pier, making it easy to stick to the departure times thanks to the fixed schedules.
On Foot
From the picturesque town center of Topolobampo, you can reach the terminal via an approximately 20-minute walk along the port road. The path to the ship leads through the guarded main gate of the port and is easy and safe to find thanks to the clear route and the presence of security personnel.
