The VIVA Two is the second ship built specifically for VIVA Cruises and entered service in 2023.
For a maximum of 190 passengers, there are a variety of public areas as well as modern and very comfortably furnished staterooms. The decks are connected by lifts, with the exception of the sun deck.
There are a total of 95 cabins and suites on board, all of which are bright and tastefully furnished. Standard amenities include a flat-screen TV, a complimentary minibar, a Nespresso® machine, RITUALS® toiletries, a hairdryer and a safe. All staterooms also feature air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The approximately 15 sqm outside staterooms are available with either a window or a French balcony. The stateroom windows cannot be opened. There are also eight spacious suites. These are approximately 24 sqm in size and additionally feature a lovely seating area.
On VIVA Cruises’ ships, you’ll enjoy an international yet friendly atmosphere, thanks to the small number of passengers and the multilingual staff on board. The bright, modern décor reinforces this impression, making you feel as though you’re staying in a good hotel on land.
Passengers often include couples or solo travellers, who are on average slightly younger than is typical for river cruises.
At VIVA Cruises, we place great emphasis on providing a fantastic dining experience and using locally sourced ingredients. Due to growing demand, we also offer vegan and vegetarian options.
There are three restaurants on board, ensuring a wide variety of culinary choices. The main restaurant, RIVERSIDE, serves a varied breakfast buffet as well as multi-course menus for lunch and dinner.
For those special moments during your journey, we highly recommend the speciality restaurant MOMENTS. Here you can enjoy a true gourmet dinner, inspired by the flavours of Italian cuisine. If demand is high, it may be advisable to book a table in advance free of charge.
As a further alternative, VIVA’s Bistro opens its doors in the evening. Located at the stern and offering the best views, the restaurant serves a menu featuring a rotation of Asian and Italian-Mediterranean delicacies.
High Tea is also served once per voyage. In addition to a variety of teas, this includes excellent sweet and savoury treats.
The Panorama Salon is the central hub for socialising on board. It features not only a charming bar but also a grand piano for musical entertainment. The large panoramic windows ensure you always have a wonderful view of the surroundings.
The fitness centre is equipped with a range of cardio machines and dumbbells. For an active day ashore, you can hire bicycles free of charge from reception.
The beautifully designed wellness area features an infrared sauna and a steam room. Massages can be booked by telephone or at reception. The hot tub provides a chance to relax in the fresh air.
The VIVA Two is an impressive river cruise ship. We particularly like the restaurants and the view from the panoramic lounge. Thanks to the modern and cosy interior, passengers quickly feel at home.
