The Amelia was built in 2012 and convinces with comfort and spaciousness. The large rooms are flooded with light, stylish, but not overloaded and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The long table times in the restaurants and in the bistro are new, so that sooner or later you can eat according to your habits with free choice of seats. The ship offers space for 216 guests on 3 passenger decks on a total length of 135 m.

MS Amelia staterooms
All staterooms oboard the Amelia are comfortable and elegantly furnished outside staterooms with a size of 14 to 16 sqm. The staterooms have a French balcony on the Orion and Saturn deck, and small windows on the Neptune deck that cannot be opened. All staterooms have a shower/WC, a hairdryer, an individually adjustable air conditioning, a TV, a radio, a minibar, a safe, a telephone and a daily newspaper. The beds can be set up as single or double beds.
Atmosphere on board
As on all Phoenix ships, the atmosphere aboard the Amelia is comfortable and casual. The dress code on board is casual; more elegant attire is expected for the traditional captain's dinner, but evening attire is not necessary here either. Regional events, live music and light entertainment will make your cruise on the Amelia a relaxing treat.
MS Amelia restaurants, bars & lounges
On board the MS Amelia there are two different restaurants serving European dishes. The long common table time and free choice of seats allow you to decide whether you want to eat earlier or later.
The following restaurants are included in the price:
- Main restaurant: Here you can enjoy delicious meals on three levels.
- Barbecue-Restaurant/Bistro: Experience a special culinary highlight at the stern of the Orion Deck.
In addition to the two restaurants, the Panorma-Lounge (not included) and the Lido Bar (not included) offer the opportunity to round off the day with a drink.
Entertainment, sports & relaxation
Various entertainment is provided on board the Amelia. During the trip, you can look forward to regular dance evenings with live music. A selection of books, board and card games is at your disposal. Shuffle board and 4-hole mini-golf invite to activity on deck. Those who prefer more relaxed moments are invited to visit the spa area of the ship. Here you will find sauna, steam room and fitness area. On deck you will find a spacious sundeck with a small pool.
MS Amelia shore excursions
Through a variety of shore excursions you have the opportunity to get to know the country and its people along the route. The excursion program is adapted to the ship's berth times and is accompanied by qualified tour guides. The excursions are usually held in German language (in case of possible exceptions, a German speaking escort of the ship accompanies the excursion). The shore excursions can be booked directly on board or partly online in advance at the shipping company. The payment takes place on board.
