All staterooms are comfortably and stylishly furnished. On the Neptune deck, the staterooms are approx. 12 to 15.5 sqm in size and have small non-opening windows. The staterooms on the Saturn deck have a French balcony and are approx. 15.5 sqm in size. The staterooms on the Orion deck also have a French balcony and are approx. 15.5 to 17 sqm in size. All staterooms invite you to feel comfortable on board and have a shower/WC, a hairdryer, individually regulated air conditioning, a TV, a radio, a minibar, a safe, a telephone and a daily newspaper.

On board you will experience a quiet, cosy and informal atmosphere without a strict clothing standard. For the traditional captain's dinner, guests are invited to dress a little more elegant. But also for this event evening wear can be left at home. Live music on the dance night and light entertainment with board and card games will make your cruise a relaxing experience. Light-flooded, stylish and elegantly designed rooms ensure a pleasant ambience on board. 

On board the Alena, the experienced kitchen and service team will spoil you with a sumptuous breakfast buffet and multi-course lunches and dinners in two different restaurants. There is an open table time in both restaurants.

The following restaurants are already included in the price:

• Vier Jahreszeiten (main restaurant): Enjoy beautiful views through the restaurant's panoramic windows while you eat delicious food. There are reserved seats for dinner.
• Specialty restaurant: Experience a special culinary highlight.

In addition, the Panorama-Lounge (not included) invites you to round off your evening with a view of the passing landscape and your favorite drink.

In general, it is rather quiet on board the Alena. However, during the trip you can look forward to regular dance evenings with live music. A selection of books, board and card games is available to you. You can play shuffle board on the sundeck or do your laps in the pool. The on-board sauna and steam bath provide your physical and mental relaxation.

Through a variety of shore excursions, you have the opportunity to get to know the country and it’s people along the route. The excursion program is adapted to the length of stay of the ship and is accompanied by qualified tour guides. The excursions are usually in German language. The shore excursions can be booked directly on board or partly in advance online at the shipping company.
