Mein Schiff 7 is powered by low-emission marine diesel and is equipped with catalytic converters and a shore power connection. Furthermore, it can also run on methanol (prospectively green methanol) which makes the ship's propulsion almost CO2-neutral.

The approx. 1,447 staterooms are located on 15 decks, the majority of which have their own balcony. The stateroom selection ranges from the interior stateroom to oceanview, balcony and spa staterooms to the luxurious suites. New on Mein Schiff 7 are the diamond suites, the spacious family staterooms and three different suite categories. A highlight on Mein Schiff 7 is the combi balcony stateroom. The balconies can be connected to each other and thus offer space for shared holiday moments. All staterooms on Mein Schiff 7 are furnished in a stylish, individual ambience with many amenities. On Mein Schiff 7, for example, you can enjoy your first coffee in the privacy of your own stateroom, using the stateroom's own Nespresso machine. The design of the staterooms is bright, friendly and timelessly modern. An innovation on Mein Schiff 7 are the staterooms for single travellers. There are 12 interior and oceanview single staterooms with approx. 7.9 sqm.
