Disembarkation was also much unorganized, return of our passports especially.
Rules for MSC Club members program have been changed. It seems they eliminated or substantially reduced all major discounts and benefits for Club members.
Throughout the cruise there was no information what privileges are granted to the members of the MSC Club.
MSC personal was more reoccupied in selling beverage packages, Bingo tickets and expensive photos and video.
The ship did not visit one of the main the cruise port of Katakolon. No any comforting compensation or perks were provided for passengers.
