- The embarking was quick and professional. Our excursions were well planned and enjoyable even though the captain had to overcome a problem at sea the rescheduling was done professionally and we were kept informed of the delay and the trips still went ahead without any hiccups.

- The only problem we had in booking was the German language. This should be translated in other languages too as it is confusing and we need to know that we are giving the correct information.
