How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Splendida in one sentence?It's a wonderful trip with interesting shore stopping, but relatively low quality of the ship itself and cruise service, not recommended unless with a Yacht Club room

How did you like your cabin number 8248?
Your comment on cabin 8248:- the room is extremely roomy
- as it's located in AFT, noise can be hear from the rudder
- as it's about AFT lounge, noise can be hear if there is event held.
- lots of water can be flew out from the toilet when there is wave in the sea makes the ship not steady.

Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Splendida?- restaurant of choice is very limited (only main dinning room, and buffet area with 1 plus restaurant, the rest are limited to Yacht Club
-not even tape water provided in the main dinning, EVERY kind of drinks require additional charge.
- Sauna require additional charge
- lots of space in the ship are limited to Yacht Club member

Comments about MSC Cruises- MSC change embarkation terminal in nearly every port without notice passenger, it makes personal arrangement nearly impossible, e.g. car rental.
- Most of the terminal MSC choose are low in quality, e.g. QEII in Southampton where the most far away from city; Hafencity in Hamburg is just a temporary once using container as port service building.
- Luggage handling in Genoa is hilarious, MSC mixed my luggage (in White tag) with other group of luggage (in Pink tag), and no support of find it at all, where lost at least an hour for that.
- accidentally mixed my english speaking shore excursions with dutch speaking group
- very poor English support, most of the English tour required to share guide with other language.
