- Unfortunately the shore excursion staff as well as reception staff and onboard immigration italian MSC officer were not very friendly nor efficient except cor one Concierge.

- Excellent except not always able to answer cruise related questions correctly.
For instance when asked if there were any formal evenings onboard the answer was that casual wear and eventually a dark suit would do.
The fact is there were 2 formal tuxedo evenings on our 7 days cruise
