  • The cabin was larger than we thought and in a good position. There was a door to the outside only three cabins up, which was a good place to watch sail aways from and to check the weather.

  • Our cabin steward and our dining room waiter were (as usual) excellent. Unfortunately only one of the bar staff members smiled during our 4 day cruise, the others were rather cold and it was difficult to get served. We had to queue at the bars to get served at all. The food in the dining room left a lot to be desired.

  • This is our second cruise with MSC. The ships are very well designed and exceptionally clean. The drinks packages are also excellent value for money.

  • I contacted Seascanner after booking to try and upgrade my cabin. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and were professional and polite. I would definitely book again
