  • Our first disappointment was the payment of the water package when on board we paid around 90 $ for 24 bottles of water, and we found it unfair that gratuity was also included on this purchase.
    The food at the Windjammer was at times very commercial and not as of prime quality and taste as recalled from previous cruise experiences.
    The internet connection package was also expensive especially for those who like myself have to constantly monitor our work emails.
    We spent a lot of time working out, the gym facilities and the gym itself is great. However the gym attendants were for the most time not present and the free class we attended lasted only 15 minutes and was very lacking. However what made it worse was that the instructor told us that the following class he was to make was very basic and not worth attending, which I find to be totally unacceptable behaviour.
    We enjoyed all the shows on board except the one of the Tenors Unlimited. We however felt that there was a lack of significance in the day activities for those who decided to stay on board when compared to the night activities.
    Our overall comment however remains that we feel that it was worth the value paid.

  • We only took one land excursion in Capri, the place was amazing but the guide was not really doing much of a job and the tour was indeed over priced for the service given.

  • I was very grateful for the quick attention given to my email whereby one of the names of the guests was misspelled and the tickets had to be issued again. The quick support was significant also due to the fact that we booked at a late time. The seascanner website is very comprehensive and all encompassing, which makes it user friendly.
