- very comfortable. balcony very good and spacious. a bit noisy.

- Some of the entertainment on too late, especially comedy shows. cabin staff excellent. the pools were freezing. not enough for children. the shops were not great.very good getting on and off boat.prefere to give tips myself. would give more to certain staff. dont like taking it out of my account.customer services not the best.

- very helpful and efficient, o problems from our booking. I do think parents with children should either be free for children or bigger rooks for them.
