- The ship is nice, very clean and spacefull, I liked very much decoration.

- Sometimes the itinerary is always the same but this one is very good, unfortunatly, Costa forgets the buffet of midnight.

Cruise in one sentence:
- Very good
- Costa Fortuna ship was nice but maneuvering around ship wasn't easy as you need to go up or down a deck walk along and back up or down to access alot of the ship. It didn't flow like other ships
- The trip was disappointing due to the cruise line's outrageous, disrespectful behavior, misuse of personal data, and serious breaches of data protection.

- Costa Fortuna is a very messy ship. Almost no announcements, incredibly long queues in front of the service desk and the most nasty part were the long queues for the buffet on deck 9 and that there was not enough place to sit....

- Pool area was nice but deck chairs filled by 8am and often fights between passengers over them

Ship overall:
- Food choices were very limited. Queues were very long for bars and buffet restaurant
- I have been on many cruises, but this was my first trip with Costa. I will never set foot on a Costa ship again. I will publicize their shameful and humiliating behavior wherever I can.
- Dirty, lack of ongoing repairs, insufficient crew.
- When they tell that they will fix a problem they don’t come at all. Several times.
- Cleanliness and upkeep can be improved of the deck areas. food variety can be improved.
- The ship had a virus or bacteria that made more than half of the passengers sick.
- Please eliminate the cabin over deck 3/4/5
