      • Food was often poor, e.g. chocolate mousse made from powder, a gravy mix used on everything (peppercorns added and called 'pepper sauce'. Italian food was disappointing - found out the chefs were mostly indian with one italian head chef.

      • Very prompt and helpful. If they offer the service to english speaking customers, then they should have the terms and conditions translated to english. (We had to translate ourselves with Google Translate)

Wherever they are available in English, we provide them in English. But it is beyond our control if a cruise line chooses to translate their terms or not. As it is a legal document, we cannot translate the conditions ourselves.
