- Service in the Discovery restaurant was not up to expected standard ( wrong dishes served 3 times )The ship ran out of green tea after 4 days.Several wines listed were not available

- The online check in turned out to be a joke as we had to queue for over an hour to board where passengers who did not use the online check in were processed within 15 mins.,
