Kindly note that on Thursday 3rd of September, we attended the Gala Night and had some photos taken. Unfortunately, the photos were not ready online before disembarkation (today Friday 4th of September).
I had also paid for 10 digital photos, but unfortunately I was unable to select the photos as were still not available online until approximately 9:40, which was the time of our disembarkation.
Could you please assist us with this matter? We have already paid for the digital photos and would really appreciate the opportunity to purchase them, as we would love to keep these photos as memories of our family holiday.
