- Horrible, During the cruise, my daughter and I suffered from severe sleep deprivation due to extreme noise and vibrations coming from the adjacent staff service area (luggage handling).

- Regarding my report on board:
I promptly reported the issue to the Reception Desk. I spoke with the manager, Giada, who, despite being polite, repeatedly refused my request for a formal complaint protocol number. After consulting with her Superior/Director, she informed me that "MSC Cruises does not provide protocol numbers to passengers"

- I will appreciate if you reply faster to my email, sometimes you need more days (2-3) and I think for a kind of business like Cruises the standard reply is as soon as possible, US travel agencies have top standards , Msc cruise reservation documents all in German is not easy to manage and is stressful, I hope other ship cruise companies are better than Msc giving chance to choose the language

Ship overall:
- Second time on World Europa and it never stops to amaze me with the shear scale of the engineering.
- Amadeous who worked in the juice bar and masters was an excellent server. Extremely friendly and provided fast seevice
- bad free coffee
- Mediocre beverage service due to mundane staff in bar venues; limited fountains available for free drinking water; reception/guest services area; no continuous walking track available on upper ship deck
- Lifts Food Water
- lots of people but no waiting on elevatiors and food
- mSC could invest in better shows. Patricia and MB shows were great however the magician show and the others were quite simple and outdated.
- Serviced is key and we were impressed.
- The decision to eliminate plastic water bottles on MSC World Europa is understandable, but the current setup does not meet the needs of more than 6,300 passengers. With only two water refill locations on Decks 18 and 6, guests must walk long distances or wait in queues simply to get drinking water....
