“Great food, but poor entertainment.”

      • This was probably the smallest cabin I ever had in all the over 15 cruises I did, there was no desk or chair in the cabin (just bed and wardrobe)

      • They offer late check-out for 35 euro per person for until abount 4pm (not the cabin, just day stay onboard), we all paid for the late check-out for all the 8 passengers I had. at around lunch time we all started to get calls from unkown numbers, after 3 calls I decided to answer and it was from AIDA asking us to leave the ship very rude, telling us that we should had left the ship by 10.30am, the person who called was very rude and did not even let me speak. I after that I told her I had paid for late disembarkation. I went to reception and they told me the call was a mistake, they told me that the staff who called us did not check the system. They never apologised, they just said the calls were a mistake and that we could stay until 4.
        I never had such bad customer service onboard before, I was considering booking a 14 nights Asia with AIDA, but I think I will search for another provider.
