      • Poor communication, information was difficult to obtain.
        No Christmas dinner available.
        despite providing allergy form and doctors letter, it was very difficult to get allergen free food.
        customer service desk was constantly busy both in person and via telephone, even when you did eventually to speak too someone they didn't listen o what you were asking and just said sorry there is nothing we can do - no matter what the question was!
