Ship overall:
- Thanks to our cabin Stewart August, main dining service staff John, Kay and Christopher and their supervisors
- I want to thank you to our cabin stewart August, dining staffs Fernando, Christopher, Kay, Jennifer Warren, I Nyoman Seller.
- Music on the main pool was extremely loud, show were repetitive during the cruise which never happened before on my previous cruises with msc
- The ship did not have a public laundry which was very convenient on other cruise ships There was a constant ticking noise in the cabin furniture with the vibration which was very annoying at night.
- If the children are not in kids club a lot of the activities are adult only.
- Cabin Steward Mark was impeccable as well as iur waiter's in the MDR each evening on the ball with all our needs
- Perfect cruise vacation, very nice Caribbean Island Ocean Cay with amazing beaches
- Improved service and procedures on MSC overall, cruised with MSC previously in 2016.
- The 1st 2 days there was no coke zero at the buffet, once thst I did a complain at the receptionist, we found coke zero all the time at the buffet area.
- great holiday, superb service, amazing food, great entertainment
