Comments about the service of seascanner.comSeascanner is a German company that I was not aware of which made things hard for me as non German speaker. The website was all in English then after the booking was paid, you start receiving all the booking information in German, including PDF docs that I found very hard to put on Google translator to translate.
the customer service team did reply quickly to all my 10+ emails and was patient with me.
The hardest was that when on MSC website (for adding drinks or an internet package) it had to be on the German website as the booking number was not recognised on the English MSC website.
The cruise days were fab but the days before and the uncertainty of the information received in another language were not enjoyable at all. I am not sure I would book with Seascanner again.
