      • if you sell Aida cruises to other EU citizens as well, more information should be published in English. It is not so difficult to print the most important information in English and present it in the cabins. We left for Reunion in the morning and did not receive information that the ship will leave Reunion a day earlier due to weather conditions! It was only by chance that we found out in the city that the ship leaves at 18:00. Unpleasant. The working hours of restaurants are poorly arranged, they are constantly being changed. Other cruise lines do it better.

      • This was my second time with AIDA. This time I organized a trip for 8 people. Since they were traveling for the first time, maybe they will use AIda services again in the future.

      • Since the seascanner did not help with the documentation for the ship, I had to translate everything from German, I also asked AIDA directly for additional information. In addition, I could not organize the documents for all 8 travelers - they had to fill them out themselves. In this case, it was better to buy directly through AIDA. Since I have bought several cruises from you, I will use your services for other cruise companies in the future.
