- How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Grandiosa in one sentence?
- The cruise felt quite two-fold, but compared to competition rather unfavorable: on some sides it felt very good (fantastic shows, attractive swimming pools) but on the other side rather not pleasant (mediocre and very repeatable food, lack of punctuality, long waiting lines during embarkation, misinformation provided from staff regarding ship logistics, embarkation and disembarkation process, completely no information sightseeing options in/near ports we visited, printed materials with lots of errors, once a cancelled show with no information displayed/delivered via app, lastly course changed during the cruise - Tunis was switched to Mallorca because of an unspecified reason).

- overall the cabin was fine, but the window in our room was not too airtight and during stronger winds you could hear wind whistling (especially in the night when the ship was at sea)

- We didn't like the initial embarkation process as it appeared completely chaotic. Lots of passengers coming in, long waiting lines, not really keen to help attendant we encountered. Eventually after after baggage check we were asked to wait for an unspecified time in the waiting hall until our number was called (fortunately drinks provided) and eventually after the number has been called out we waited in the line for some more time to be told to sit back again because the embarkation process has been paused "due to weather conditions".
