- The ship is too small for the amount of guests. We never managed to get into the pool since it was always over crowded. We had bought the Aurea package which included access to top thermal area which was supposed to be children free which it was not. We were also asked to pay extra to be in the shade using the round baskets. At this level the drinks bar was a makeshift table with picnic coolers for drinks! We had to go down to lower decks to get certain drinks. Guests who misbehaved were hardly ever corrected or kept in check. There were many of them who were very loud, arrogant and lacked basic manners.

- To be honest we do not know where to start! At 3pm it looked like a feeding frenzy at the zoo. Children running around everywhere, no places to sit down and on certain days no cutlery available! At the buffet it is clear that the ship was too small for the amount of guests. Bar service was good overall. Long waits at times due to over crowed ship. Guests were coming down from level 14 (Pool area) to Divina bar carrying plates full of chips and soaked sofas with their wet swimming suits. They were never corrected.
