Your comment on cabin 14221:Overall a very well planned cabin with sufficient spaces and storage. Bathroom Shower Curtain should be inside or shower glass should not be visible from room.

Supper should be introduced.
The seating for enterainment programme is very poor: Poor visibility with lots of pillars obstructing the view in Colloseo theatre, limiting the place. The seating space is not commensurate with the passenger capacity and people always occupying/reserving space 1 hour in advance.
Water slides timing should be extended to allow people to enjoy it after excursion, as its always a long queue.
Photography locations should be improved. External photo location time should be displayed in advance. Internal location background, arrangement should be improved.

Comments about the service of seascanner.comThis was my 4th booking from Seascanner. Very happy with the services. Extremely well trained staff, and quick support and turnaround time.
The payment to cruise will be from Seascanner like I did it earlier for MSC bookings. Its a hassel to go to another website of Costa and pay.
The 10Euro voucher given in 2019 validity should have been extended due to covid Force Majeure. It was not allowed in my current booking.
Overall happy with the services & response time of seascanner and will continue to book in future.
