- English translation of ticket only came through at the last minute. It was unhelpful to have all other information in German, when English is our first language.

Ship overall:
- Food was disappointing compared to previous MSC cruises and breakfast fast in the restaurant was very disappointing and service extremely slow
- Incompetant
- Many drinks were missing from the ship. Considering we had bought a premium drinks package it was not worth it as half the drinks we asked for were not available. Very disappointing. The ship is old and definitely not up to standards of other cruise shops by MSC which is disheartening.
- Pros: good price/value ratio, still a fantastic ship even it is from 2012, lot of entertainment options, we really enjoyed our cruise on it!!! Thanks a lot to the whole crew! Cons (small issues compared to the pros, only as feedbacks to improve more): - There was a water leakage at our corridor and...
