How did you like your cabin number 9057?
Your comment on cabin 9057:Good location, nice view from the balcony, well equipped, everything worked, comfortable bed with two types of pillows. Only one remark: AC can not be switched off, only the temperature can be set (I guess its general and valid for all rooms) and one hint: 1 level up, the side of the balcony is transparent glass already, here metal of the ship, but it was not really an issue for us, the view was also fine from our balcony, so only a hint.

Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Divina?Pros: good price/value ratio, still a fantastic ship even it is from 2012, lot of entertainment options, we really enjoyed our cruise on it!!! Thanks a lot to the whole crew!
Cons (small issues compared to the pros, only as feedbacks to improve more):
- There was a water leakage at our corridor and above one other room. We informed service, they solved one quickly and the other partially but marked with signs
- AirConditioner was unnecessarily set to quite cold on the whole ship (theater, casino, corridors, etc.)

Comments about MSC CruisesSmall remarks:
- All pre information was available only in German (!?) (like the webpage itself, mails, apps at first time)
- It is not possible to get or check the full/total consumption, only those that you need to pay extra, so those that are not in the drink package, even there is a quite sophisticated digital system used on the ship and all orders are registered to the room/person. We were interested about our detailed drink consumption to track it and also to check drink package was worth it for us or not, but they could not help in this so if you like to do so, you need to have you own tracking :)
- The release process at the ports were not so smooth this time. At one port we had to wait like half hour and rush in a large crowd after that, to reach our excursion bus. At Naples security guards not allowed us and also a huge crowd to leave the boat for ~40-60 minutes only because some VIP person and his team is expected to arrive and gets on the ship. It was not so nice.
