- We dont have any intormation in Englich language. We dont have information about disembarkation and then we must pay 25 eur per person for stay on Ship after 10.30 h

Please note that the official language on board of AIDA cruise ships is German. Most of the crew members speak English and the safety information are in English as well. However, all other communication (e.g. menus, daily programs, announcements, shore excursions) are only in German and most of the passengers do not speak English either. Ship overall:
- We don't get any pleasure from the entertainment in the theatre, e.g. talkshows and more, when everything is in German. Furthermore,it is difficult to communicate only in German on the ship's Bord Portal. When we are more than 80 years old, it is too late to be better to languages and IT systems.
- TOO small pools!
- Ship was badly designed. Nowhere to sit and be quiet away from the crowds and constant to-ing and fro-ing. Couldn't walk totally around the ship. Overcrowded and noisy
- Would be nice the most important information announced in English language to. One day one of the main shows was cancelled, announcement was made only in German. We were left very confused if the show will go ahead or not....
- Good schedule for stops. Pretty diverse food options and buffet schedule. Nice to have drinks and ice-cream included with buffet. Entertainment quality was not so engaging. Amazing costumes though. Djamilla from Brauhaus should set the standard, always gave 100% and made people get involved....
- Entertainment of a poor quality. Singers and productions not very good.
- We absolutely loved our trip.
- Very helpful and kind crew. So many interesting things to do - we have played table tennis, darts, climbung garden, water slides. The cuisine was perfect.
Cruise in one sentence:
- En posetiv oplevelse.
- Overall good ship. Many entertainments. Long waiting at all bars due to inadequate staffing. Even there are some closed bars.
- It's not for English speaking people
- Very disappointing, it was too crowded, no area for quiet reading or single contact.
