- Terrible! Too small, no bedside table, tiny wall table for computer, nowhere to stow luggage, limited storage for clothes. TV didn't work. I complained and was moved.

- Ship was badly designed. Nowhere to sit and be quiet away from the crowds and constant to-ing and fro-ing. Couldn't walk totally around the ship. Overcrowded and noisy

- Terrible booking process in terms of payment. Inadequate information on website and hard to navigate. Over-crowded and too many children. I thought I was constantly in a corridor. Not good for singles. Previous 2 AIDA cruises have been wonderful, on different ships at different times. I will never go at Easter again.
