Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Virtuosa?Extremely slow service in all bars. First time in over 30 cruises we saw several long lines of people cueing at bars, especially up on pool deck areas and solarium. Dreadful service

Comments about MSC Cruisesit was our 13th cruise with MSC and we asked for a complimentary upgrade to a balcony and they gave us the upgrade and sent a bottle of Prosecco to our cabin. Fantastic recognition for us
