- How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Grandiosa in one sentence?
- Not good, we did not even finish our trip and left in Barcelona. We did not even visit Genova and Marselle. Bought a Yacht club room 18011 and it was horrible because each morning 06:50 they started to move chairs and sun-chairs with all the noise there is. Check in was a joke and BAD so we just gave up paid. 5.000 euro en we did not even finshed 50% off our trip.

This cabin is below the sun-party deck or something. Each morning 06:50 they started to work there. This is crazy and I am NOT happy.

This was me first crusie and I have to say that I had a horrible start. I think so soon after COVID MSC is far from doing their job. I could write so much on what went wrong for a first timer that is starting to cruise. Everything from check in, I needed a power calbe and that was not possible to fix in such a HUGE ship. Yacht club sould be adult´s only, really but that is my view on it. But cabin 18011 was a joke.

Everything I got from Seacanner was in German. I am from Iceland and we don´t understand German.

Ship overall:
- I am quite sure that staff is treated and trained very poorly - just by observing how passengers are treated. We did a lot of cruises - never on such a low cabin class and never in the Mediterranean but this should not effect how you are treated as a person.
- 1. The routines established for managing the passengers worked very well. Our cards gave us access to whatever we needed and we were checked onto the ship, off the ship for excursions, and back onboard the ship at the end. ....
- It was great trip for us, however, for next vouyage I will try another new ship and route.
- I would like to thank Abdul ( our waiter from the restaurant La Loggia) for the excellent service!
- It’s one of the best ship we cruise considering that it’s our second time in this ship, we just enjoyed being in ship, all destinations is the same except Tunisia. We love it.
- Need an english channel on tv,for english speakers,not just sky news ect, some more new films in movie seletion
- Thank you very much for your excellent curtesy and services.
- Well served from the MDR restaurants especially from Tantely and Agung.
- Took to long to order drinks and very full, nowhere to sit and relax in bars. Food really aveage.staff not helpfull
- Food mediocre except in speciality restaurants, service really slow, staff fantastic (apart from Guest Services). Massively overcharged on our bill but thankfully rectified before disembarking. Clean, modern ship but although big, the amenities don't reflect this somehow.
Cruise in one sentence:
- Disaster organization with low service
- It was okay but very crowded and very difficult to find your way around the ship.
- We had a great time on the Cruise. We enjoyed the ship and its facilities and we enjoyed the guided tours that we took. We would consider MSC for another cruise.

- People are treated poorly and nobody cares about passengers, tables in buffetrestaurant and bars were cleaned 1x per day max - always sticky and disgusting. Reception unwilling and unfriendly....
