Overall impression of your cruise
How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Grandiosa in one sentence?Not good, we did not even finish our trip and left in Barcelona. We did not even visit Genova and Marselle. Bought a Yacht club room 18011 and it was horrible because each morning 06:50 they started to move chairs and sun-chairs with all the noise there is. Check in was a joke and BAD so we just gave up paid. 5.000 euro en we did not even finshed 50% off our trip.

This cabin is below the sun-party deck or something. Each morning 06:50 they started to work there. This is crazy and I am NOT happy.

This was me first crusie and I have to say that I had a horrible start. I think so soon after COVID MSC is far from doing their job. I could write so much on what went wrong for a first timer that is starting to cruise. Everything from check in, I needed a power calbe and that was not possible to fix in such a HUGE ship. Yacht club sould be adult´s only, really but that is my view on it. But cabin 18011 was a joke.
