Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Fantasia?Indoor pool heaters were not working. The water was extremely cold and it was not at the 27-28 degrees that the sign showed.
The lounge area of the spa was crowded and it was not possible to lie down. The thermal area did not work, only the saunas and showers.
There were school groups on the ship and many went all the time without wearing a mask, they did not respect social distance or the limitations in the elevators. None of the crew said anything to them. They roamed at their free will.

Comments about MSC CruisesMSC is always MSC. Excellent food, nice shows, nice ship...but...always buts. And if you complain they literally add you to the blacklist in their computer system instead of listening to improve.
