- Huge queues for any request, the MSC for Me application is more confusing, we added some costs that didn't exist and after 2 hours of standing in line we found out that they are "exercises"! Group excursions - only bans - as if we were kindergarten children! In the conditions in which some tourists kept breaking these rules, I consider that they were imposed unnecessarily on others. Very crowded in elevators, buffet, swimming pools!

- Although I wrote 3 times to find out exactly the possible time for boarding I did not receive any answer - we went from Milan to Genoa by train, waiting for an answer from the seascanner the train tickets were sold-out! We had to book tickets to another train, slower and less convenient as a schedule.

Cruise in one sentence:
- Clean, modern ship with a fun atmosphere with some cons but mostly pros. Overall excellent value for money.

- Tried the Yacht Club, but left disappointed. Pool attendants removed our personal belongings and sun beds every day before 6 PM instead of 8 PM, ruining our sunsets

- Never again, Yacht club service was very disappointing. Everything was blamed on new staff that had insufficient training which is a terrible excuse.
- Gorgeous ship,very good dinning,good breakfast buffet, mediocre luch buffet. Too crowded everywere on new year. I guess MSC doesn't manage crowds very well.
Ship overall:
- Nice ship, but Yacht Club service not worth it
- The soap dispenser in the cabin didn't work. We asked a several times to fix/refill it but it was not done. Also there was no soap at a few stations in restrooms.

- Market place restaurant was always full and you hardly find a free table.
- Food in buffet was poor quality.
