    • Huge queues for any request, the MSC for Me application is more confusing, we added some costs that didn't exist and after 2 hours of standing in line we found out that they are "exercises"! Group excursions - only bans - as if we were kindergarten children! In the conditions in which some tourists kept breaking these rules, I consider that they were imposed unnecessarily on others. Very crowded in elevators, buffet, swimming pools!

    • Although I wrote 3 times to find out exactly the possible time for boarding I did not receive any answer - we went from Milan to Genoa by train, waiting for an answer from the seascanner the train tickets were sold-out! We had to book tickets to another train, slower and less convenient as a schedule.
