- Crew was very kind and attentive.

Negatives:
Times of embarkation did not match with the times specified in the latest eticket, at one time in one of the ports we found out that we just arrived last minute, thinking that the embarkation time, would be in a couple of hours.

Comments about the service of seascanner.comI appreciate the service from seascanner ,overall it was very good.
What I liked the most:
- Dedicated Tab in the website to see latest best prices and promotions.
- Prices that are quite reasonable, way better than Royal Caribbean itself.
- Received detailed updates via email , of itinerary changes and times.
These were the minor details that I disliked:
- Upon arriving to room, I received a welcome letter from RC/Seascanner in German, and not in English. (I understand that you are a German website, however since you offer an English version, perhaps RC should be better informed that I am an English speaking Customer.)
- CC details had to be inserted in a form , and not trough a payment gateway, I was a bit apprehensive at first, but then I saw that the payment page was SSL secured, and I proceeded with the payment.
