  • We were booked for the 8 hour Athens tour but as ship missed Mykonos we took Hop on Hop off (as suggested on loudspeaker) as ship entered Piraeus a day before. We tried to cancel the Athens tour on our return to the ship - this was NOT allowed.

  • We were attended to by an excellent Mr Philip Schneider. We wanted a cruise only since we are in Malta. We were told that the package included the Flights etc from Germany and that TUI will no do a credit for non-use of the flights etc. We proceeded and booked. On the cruise we learned that Cruise only on-line bookings were possible from other sites. And why not from Seascanner?? We feel cheated euor 300 p.p.
