- Mostly some beers or other drinks were not availyble in the bars. We had a beveragepacket so we want our drinks that we want er and not what they want.

- They must be better organized. Waiters are not quickly enough for cleaning tables and taking the orders.

- We have booked for 3 couples and there were always troubles for the family Coveliers. Much smaller cabine water in the cabin and the hallway. We must have the same for everyone!!

Ship overall:
- Food was disappointing compared to previous MSC cruises and breakfast fast in the restaurant was very disappointing and service extremely slow
- Incompetant
- Many drinks were missing from the ship. Considering we had bought a premium drinks package it was not worth it as half the drinks we asked for were not available. Very disappointing. The ship is old and definitely not up to standards of other cruise shops by MSC which is disheartening.
- Pros: good price/value ratio, still a fantastic ship even it is from 2012, lot of entertainment options, we really enjoyed our cruise on it!!! Thanks a lot to the whole crew!
