“Excellent food but a lot of disorganization and bad service”

- The internet did not work properly but they continued selling and selling access without any responsibility.
  
  The first day we had to make a queue of almost two hours to know the assigned dinner seating, because they forgot to assign it in our rate.
  
  The first night of dinner, the first plate came after waiting 80 minutes.
  
  An elderly lady was close to fall to the hard floor at the buffet restaurant, tripping over an electric wire raised from the floor, when they were cleaning. An unforgivable grave mistake.
