- Very clean. Cabin servant Vishan was very friendly. In bathroom was strong smell of mold.

- Mini club employees were great! We are from Finland, so our 6 year old daughter speaks only Finnish. However she participated every day several Mini Club programs and loved it! Even she did not understand what people were saying, she spent lot of time in Mini club. Workers in Mini club were so friendly and skilled to work with children. I can not praise them enough! Our whole family will send our best wishes to all Mini Club employees!

- There was too long waiting time in embarkation to Havana at first day. They should have more people working in the harbour on the day ships arrive. But that is Cuban public servants fault, not MSC.
