- We were not given the drill which in my opinion is a very serious downfall.
The interactive tv in our cabin was not interactive at all showing the wrong times throughout the whole crossing!

- No one knew about us in Malta. Had to wait a while for someone to pick us up from Malta Immigration to take us to the ship.
We would book with seascanner again if we were offered a better flight schedule than this time.

- Very good except when it came to payment. The bank was saying our credit cards were OK Seascanner were saying not OK,
Also the flights booked were the most inconvenient schedules I have ever traveled with an 11 hour wait at Sao Paolo airport. We would never ever do that kind of schedule again.

- Maintained pretty good for its age
- Many of the glasses and tableware were dirty or stained.
- Big drop in service after 10 days, when the ship came to Genoa
- Food not great at times but that was personal to me as I cannot eat meat with any sign of red on it
- Only slight downside, we paid for a meal in their special restaurant but did not discover until onboard that the only speciality was Sushi, not to our liking, but that's a personal choice

- Good ship, with the regular entertainment facilities on board. If you are looking for the newest trendiest ship entertainmern, this is not. It is a comfortable MSC ship with good interior and enough speed and stability for an easy-going cruise.
- After doing many cruises pre-Covid, we are wondering if this low quality cruise is MSC downgrading. Don’t think I will do another cruise with MSC again. Cheap low quality food with poor prep (used to be Michelin chef menu - not any more)....
