“Beautiful comfy cosy ship, very relaxing cruise”

- it was our 27th MSC cruise and the first time we were assigned a cabin with two additional pull down beds over our double bed. Very squashed. We had to bend down low all the time in order to get in and out of bed. Celebrating my 65th birthday onboard the cabin was a let down

- Yes, most bars did not provide a receipt when ordering drinks so we were over charged on several occasions and had to continually go to guest services which interrupted our enjoyment of our cruise. Also guest services were contradicting what the bar menu states, a lack of communication between them
